The Laughing Planet Cafe and a Dinner Kit Giveaway from Gobble Green!

Portland was grey, murky, and wet this afternoon. I am exhausted, so I headed over to Laughing Planet to get takeout. I really like Laughing Planet. They have a bunch of vegan options. The caesar dressing is delicious and already vegan, so I got the Caesar Chavez salad (focaccia croutons!) and a cauliflower soup. (All of the soup except one is always vegan!)

I may or may not have followed this up with a slice of caramel apple pie.

I have another great giveaway for you today! If I had won this giveaway, I wouldn't have had to get takeout. For a week. Today, the lovely people at Gobble Green are offering you dinner for a week. You'll receive a Dinner Kit, which contains seven vegan meals and a half dozen chocolate chip cookies!
To enter this giveaway, leave a comment below. Tell me what you gobbled today, your favorite greens, or anything at all. This giveaway is open to US residents only, but others this month will be open to everybody everywhere. The winner will be chosen by random number generator and posted tomorrow below tomorrow's giveaway. If you win a giveaway on this blog at some point this month, please be kind and don't enter further giveaways--I'd love as many people to win something as possible!

  14. my favorite greens are broccoli. Does that count? Second to that are beet greens. Then kale. Then chard. Then spinach. I used to like spinach most, but now I get annoyed with how delicate and stemmy and dirty it is. Kale is seriously hearty.
